Privacy Policy
HomeServiceAgentPro.ai ("we", "us") is a product of IRISE INTELLEGENCE LIMITED (trading as iRise Intelligence). This policy explains what we collect when you visit homeserviceagentpro.ai, book a demo, use the HomeServiceAgentPro.ai app or call or text with us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, trade, service area and anything you write when you book a demo, fill in a form or message us.
- Messages and calls: the content of texts, emails and calls you exchange with us or with TONI AI, our assistant. Calls may be recorded, and we say so at the start of the call.
- Booking details: the time you book and the notes you add.
- Basic usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to you, book and remind you about demos, and follow up on your enquiry.
- To provide the HomeServiceAgentPro.ai app to customers who sign up.
- To improve our service and keep it secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to send the messages you asked for, such as replies to your enquiry, demo confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about HomeServiceAgentPro.ai. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages (for example our SMS carrier), and only to deliver them.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run our service: hosting (Cloudflare), database (Supabase), messaging and calls (Twilio), voice AI (Ultravox), our CRM and calendar (HighLevel), and AI processing (Anthropic). They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry, call and message records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or provide the service, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live (for example the UK, EU, California or Florida), you may have further rights under local law. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to the people and systems that need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
