Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of homeserviceagentpro.ai, the HomeServiceAgentPro.ai app and our calls and text messaging. HomeServiceAgentPro.ai ("we", "us") is a product of IRISE INTELLEGENCE LIMITED (trading as iRise Intelligence). By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
HomeServiceAgentPro.ai gives home service businesses an AI companion, TONI AI, that helps with answering enquiries, follow-up, scheduling, reviews, admin and connecting their existing tools. Features may change as we improve the product. Paying customers will also have a separate agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information and keep your login secure.
- Use the service lawfully, including the telemarketing, call recording, messaging, privacy and consumer protection rules that apply to you.
- Only contact people through the service if you have the consent the law requires.
- Review what TONI AI drafts, especially quotes and anything involving money, before relying on it. It is an assistant, not legal, financial or professional advice.
SMS Terms
Program: HomeServiceAgentPro.ai sends text messages about your enquiry, demo bookings and reminders, and follow-up about HomeServiceAgentPro.ai to people who have opted in.
How you opt in: by entering your mobile number and ticking the SMS consent box when you book a demo or fill in a form on our site, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.
Frequency: message frequency varies, usually only a few messages per enquiry.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further unless you opt in again by replying START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Our content
The HomeServiceAgentPro.ai name, logo, software and site content belong to us. You keep ownership of your own data and content.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
